HONEYED NATURAL Processing Method – A unique and signature process of Tamba Coffee, involving natural in-cherry fermentation to preserve the coffee’s full sweetness and aroma. The cherries are 100% hand-picked at full ripeness, carefully selected one by one with a natural sweetness level of about 25%.
The beans are sun-dried for 25–30 days using a combination of raised-bed and tarp drying methods, with continuous pH and temperature monitoring for optimal quality.
Cupping Profile: Chocolate, nutty, malt, caramel, fruity — clean cup, sweet and long aftertaste, with a smooth and balanced mouthfeel.
