INGREDIENTS: Sea Grapes (Green Caviar)
PACKAGING: Box of 5 sachets, each containing 20 g (equivalent to ~60 g fresh after soaking in water)
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature for up to 6 months, or refrigerate for up to 12 months.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Rinse briefly with clean water to separate the sea grapes and remove excess salt. Then soak them in a bowl of clean water for about 3 minutes until they expand and regain their fresh texture.
- Remove and place them in a bowl of ice water to make them cold and crunchy. Consume immediately, as they will soften again after about 30 minutes.
Enjoy directly like fresh vegetables with your favorite dipping sauces (such as roasted sesame sauce, soy sauce + wasabi, mayonnaise + chili sauce, sweet-and-sour vinaigrette, etc.), or serve with prepared dishes.
NOTE: Do not fry, stir-fry, cook, or pour sauce directly over fresh sea grapes, as this will cause them to soften.
